  • Design and development of a housing estate in Republic of Angola.

    A joint venture arrangement for the development of 500 units of houses in Cabinda, Angola. Project is estimated to cost $80,000,000.
    Phase 1 : Design and Build a total of 220 unit of 3 beds and 2 beds quality Bungalows with all facilities and gate houses , school, supermarket mall, Police post, medical centre, sporting club and recreational facilities.

    Phase 2 : 15 three storey blocks of houses in total
    6 of which will accommodate nine No three bedroom flats
    6 Blocks will contain 12 No two bedroom flats.
    2 Blocks will contain 18 No one bedroom flats.

  • Project Managing and Consultancy agreement on a £4,500,000 Community Development.
  • Client is Royal Connections. A charity organization base in Plaistow East London E 13. The project was a (JTC) Management Fee form of Contract.
    The project is still with Local Authority Building Control.
    Demolition work commenced in April 2012. All Consultants appointed. and
    construction work is now on phase 3
    The project consists of modernization and refurbishment of a disused factory unit
    The site accommodates the following:
    i. A nursery school for 80 children between the age of 0 – 4.
    ii. After school club for up to 40 pupils,
    iii. Single storey office section to house all parishes of RCCG royal Connection family of about 25 parishes and workers
    iv. Canteen facility to be opened to the public
    v. A bakery and pastry factory with modern facilities and equipment
    vi. Three separate training rooms largest will hold about 600 people
    vii. A modern TV recording studio seating about 1,500
    viii. Car park to house about 100 cars.

  • Dredging work
  • i. Islands Marina Development
    While rock digging is not our specialty, the hydraulic dredge Cabintar Cornerstone Ltd was able to complete a customer’s hard digging project in order for them to continue with their development. Construction of a marina to be used in production of a major motion picture was months behind schedule. Cabintar Cornerstone Ltd groundwork was able to rapidly deploy equipment and help devise a plan to enable completion of the development and enable production of the movie to continue with as little disruption as possible. This project consisted of dredging lime rock and sand to create a shallow access channel from the ocean and a staging basin for vessels to be filmed.

    ii. Ministry of works – Kingdom of Bahrain
    In 2006 Carbintar Cornerstone Ltd (CCL) was a sub contractor to ADCO. ADCO subcontracted the contract to Cabintar Cornerstone Ltd who undertook and completed dredging and stock piling works for the Directorate of Fisheries. The project was completed in the year 2008.
    Value $3,000,000.

  • Civil Engineering – Utility services
  • Project management is carried out by experienced construction managers with proven track records in the utilities, rail, highways, defense, environmental, ports and general infrastructure sectors. Construction of big diameter reinforced utility pipes at the Olympics
    stadium. Cabintar Cornerstone Ltd was one of the subcontractors brought in so as to complete project on time.
